Parking: From July 1st to August 31st, the apartment will have included in the values the possibility of parking one car in the Monte Gordo parking meter concession areas. Please, note that a parking space is not guaranteed, only a non-payment is guaranteed if you park your car in the concession areas. Guests are kindly requested to indicate their vehicle registration number in advance (until 5 PM on Thursday prior to arrival).
Security Deposit: 200€ (Payment should be made in cash)
Note: There is a city tax in Vila Real de Santo António from EUR 1 per person/night not included in the total price and must be paid at check-in. This Municipal Tourist tax is subject to a maximum amount of 7 nights per guest. Tax is charged for guests aged 10 and over (children between the ages of 11 and 13 pay only 50% of the rate). The total amount of this tax is charged by the municipality, the owner of the apartment is only responsible for collecting to the authorities.
